Inquiry based learning, Problem-based learning, and Project based learning are models  are strategies that develop problem solving skills as well as knowledge bases and thinking skills. Students engage with issues and take on the role of problem solvers confronted with authentic, real-world problems. They work collaboratively and autonomously to construct their own meaning and generate products.
